Crisp, clean and refreshing, High n’ Dry is a dry apple cider crafted from a blend of cider and dessert apples, including apples grown in our estate orchard and traditional heritage varieties. Floral apple aromas lead into a spicy apple finish with subtle hints of cinnamon and rosemary.

The higher-elevation lands of Prairie Valley once sat largely undeveloped until Lord Thomas Shaughnessy established the Summerland Development Company. As wealthy and influential investors bought into the vision for the area, these once-dry lands were transformed into bountiful fruit orchards—helping establish the agricultural legacy that continues in Summerland today.
High n’ Dry celebrates those beginnings with a dry cider rooted in the orchard and the land that started it all.
